Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with key B2B clients on the field of active equipment. You will identify new market opportunities and prepare customized offers with a team of experienced colleagues.

Optisis is a system integrator and solution provider with more than 20 years of experience. We specialize in planning, development and provision of individual passive and active components to build a state-of-the-art optical network from the signal source to the end users. As a network operator of open access networks, we prepare customized solutions suitable for open networks and ensure smooth operation. We provide flexible and cost-effective TV content protection solutions that offer subscribers access to content anytime, anywhere and on any device. We are present on the market of the Adriatic region and Austria.

Your challenges will be:

• developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key customers in the field of active equipment: telecommunications and cable operators, ISP providers, mobile operators,
• identifying sales and business opportunities,
• pursuing the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer challenges in the field of modern telecommunications and a solution-based approach,
• cooperation with long-standing partners such as Nagra, Calix, Genexis, Waystream and others.

Qualifications:

• at least 5 years of work experience in the field of managing key customers in the telecommunications industry,
• at least VI. level of education in business management and/or technical major,
• knowledge of the active equipment of the modern telecommunications network,
• knowledge and prior experience in the field of IT, TK equipment. and solutions,
• excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers,
• demonstrated experience in sales, negotiations, and customer relationship management,
• fluency in Slovenian, English, Slovenian, English, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian languages,
• high motivation, strategic thinking, and orientation towards results,
• the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and the desire for continual learning.
